New Bentley Continental GT for Sale

Whether or not you are into luxury cars, chances are you’ve heard of the Bentley Continental GT. This is a car that has been around for over a decade, and it has always been one of the most popular luxury cars on the market. At Bentley of Greenwich, we are excited to announce that the all-new Bentley Continental GT is now available for sale.

History of the Bentley Continental

In 1994, Rolls-Royce (who owned Bentley at the time) previewed this car at the Geneva Motor Show. This was, of course, over 20 years ago, so it had an entirely original shape and engine. The idea behind this car was to create a sports coupe with all of the luxury appointments that you would expect from a Bentley. At the time, the Bentley Continental R was an extremely exclusive car that cost over $200,000 and only sold in quantities of a few hundred annually. The Continental GT was released to be more affordable and ubiquitous than its Continental R counterpart.

The first-generation model was only on the market for five years, from 2003 to 2011. In that time, however, it became one of the most popular luxury cars in the world. It was even featured in the 2005 James Bond movie Casino Royale.

The second-generation model was released in 2011 and stayed on the market until 2018. This generation saw a few changes, such as an updated engine and a sleeker design. It was during this time that the Continental GT started to become more popular among celebrities, athletes, and other high-profile individuals.

Now, we are happy to announce that the all-new Bentley Continental GT is now available for sale.

What’s New with the Bentley Continental GT?

The all-new Continental GT is a slight departure from the previous generation. It features a new design that is much more muscular and aggressive. Compared to previous generations, the new Continental GT features a lighter body thanks to the extensive use of aluminum and carbon fiber. It also features an extended wheelbase for increased interior room.

It features a 6.0-liter W12 engine that produces 626 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. This is the same engine that is found in the Bentley Bentayga, which is one of the most powerful SUVs on the market. It can go from 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 207 mph.

The model is also available with a variety of different engines. The base model comes with a 6.0-liter W12 engine that produces 626 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. If you want even more power, there is also an S model that comes with a 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 550 horsepower and 567 lb-ft of torque.

Performance and Specs

The new Bentley Continental is, in every way imaginable, superior to its predecessor. It’s more powerful and luxurious than ever before. It features a 6.0-liter W12 engine that produces 626 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. This car can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 209 miles per hour. This is the same engine that you will find in Bentley’s fastest car, the Bentayga.

The car also features an all-new design that is much more muscular and aggressive than previous models. It has a longer wheelbase for increased interior room and a weight of only 4,850 pounds. This makes the car not only faster but also slightly more fuel-efficient.

The car also features new chassis technology that improves both handling and comfort. The suspension has been specifically tuned for the United States market to ensure that it performs well on our roads.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.

Posted Notice Requirement

Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties

Civil and Criminal Penalties

As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.

Required Written Notices

If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
