NEW BENTAYGA SPEED

Featuring a phenomenal twin-turbocharged 4.0 litre V8 engine, now tuned to deliver a full 850 Nm of torque and 650 PS, the new Bentayga Speed is the most powerful Bentayga that Bentley has ever built. A showcase of sporting luxury and exhilarating performance, it is a vehicle without equal.

More powerful than ever before

As one of the last production Bentleys to be fitted with a pure V8 engine before the company completes its transition to hybrid and electric propulsion, the Bentayga Speed offers a unique opportunity for those who appreciate the power and the unmistakable roar of a V8 unleashed. This is the fastest and most powerful Bentayga ever produced. Tuned specifically for the elite performance requirements of this Bentley model, the twin-turbocharged, 4.0 litre V8 engine delivers 641 bhp (650 PS) and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of torque – which translates directly into a 0-60 mph time of just 3.4 seconds – an incredible figure for a vehicle as spacious and luxurious as this. Maximum speed is equally exciting, at a full 193 mph (310 km/h)*.

Assistance on the open road

The optional Touring Specification includes a wide range of advanced driver assistance systems designed to make open-road driving easier and safer. As well as a head-up display and a night vision camera, it includes Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Guidance, allowing you to take your feet off the pedals during long highway drives, while also providing alerts and feedback to help you stay in the centre of your lane. Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control* will help you maintain a constant speed on other major roads, slowing down when necessary to safely negotiate junctions.

Go bespoke

As with every Bentley, you have the option to engage with Mulliner’s personal commissioning team, either to add established Mulliner features and finishes from the Personal Commissioning Guide, or to work with the team directly in the creation of something truly bespoke. With Mulliner, the only limit is your imagination.

Personalisation

In addition to seven standard exterior colours, there is an extended range of optional finishes that includes new satin colours, a range of duo-tone options and the revived Mulliner Legacy Colours range. Introduced with the launch of Bentayga Atelier Edition, this range makes five beautiful heritage colours easily accessible once again. Taken together, these paint ranges give you around 80 finishes to choose from.

A wide range of wheels are available, in sizes of up to 23”, all of which can be complemented with a custom brake calliper colour. The range includes shades from the classic sports red to subtle, silvery Ice, as well as more striking choices including Mandarin, Hyper Green, Signal Yellow and Klein Blue.

Inside the cabin, you can choose from Bentley’s entire range of 15 primary hide colours, with the unique Speed colour layout offering further opportunities for personalisation, including accent colours, contrast stitching and contrast piping.

All this is just the beginning, however, when you commission a Bentayga Speed. To explore the possibilities further, configure yours today.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.

Posted Notice Requirement

Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties

Civil and Criminal Penalties

As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.

Required Written Notices

If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
